The site includes a Western-style house, a billiard room and the large hall of the Japanese-style house, all set in landscaped gardens. It is one of the best-known historic sites in the Ueno and Ikenohata area. The event is a chance to visit the gardens as autumn deepens.

Underground & Billiard Room Guided Tour Held on November 16, 2026
The guided tour of the underground passage to the billiard room and the billiard room interior, both normally closed to the public, usually takes place on the 15th of each month. In November 2026, it will be held on 11/16 instead. Tours run twice, at 10:00 and 13:00, with up to 10 people per tour. Registration is at the counter on the day, first come, first served (you can only register yourself).
