[Ueno] Autumn National Traffic Safety Campaign: Traffic Safety Event at Pocket Park on September 26
Overview
The Ueno Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is hosting a traffic safety event at Pocket Park as part of the Autumn National Traffic Safety Campaign. The event encourages local residents and visitors to follow traffic rules and help prevent traffic accidents. Autumn is a high-risk season for traffic accidents: the sun sets earlier, so visibility drops in the evening, and more people are out during the travel season. Because so many people pass through the area covered by Ueno Police Station, the event aims to raise traffic safety awareness across the whole community. For details and how to take part, see the organizer's announcement.
