Taito City set up a World Heritage promotion booth at "Uenode. Panda Beer Festa 2026," a three-day event held from August 21 to 23, 2026, at the Fountain Plaza in Ueno Park (Ueno Onshi Park). More than 750 people visited the booth during the event.
The booth handed out promotional items and offered masterpiece coloring and a layered stamp activity. Visitors who followed the official World Heritage Instagram account also received an original magnetic badge.
Promotion at the Event Venue
"Uenode. Panda Beer Festa 2026" was a three-day event held at the Fountain Plaza in Ueno Park. Taito City set up a World Heritage–themed promotion booth at the venue.
The Fountain Plaza sits inside Ueno Park, and event-goers pass through it constantly. Taito City set up the booth to introduce World Heritage to these visitors. With more than 750 people stopping by during the event, the booth gave many attendees a chance to learn about World Heritage.
Hands-On Activities
The booth went beyond displays, offering activities visitors could enjoy with their own hands.
In "masterpiece coloring," visitors colored in pictures based on famous paintings. In the "layered stamp activity," they stamped designs on top of one another to build up an image. Both were hands-on activities visitors could take part in themselves.
World Heritage promotional items were also handed out. Information was shared in a variety of ways so that not only activity participants but anyone stopping by the booth could learn about World Heritage.
Magnetic Badges for Instagram Followers
The booth also made use of social media. Visitors who followed the official World Heritage Instagram account received an original magnetic badge.
By following the official Instagram account, booth visitors can keep receiving World Heritage updates after the event.
