Daiichi Realtor Developing Hotels in Bakurocho and Higashi-Ueno
Overview
Daiichi Realtor is developing hotels at two locations: Bakurocho and Higashi-Ueno.
A new hotel is in development in Higashi-Ueno, part of the Ueno area. Besides Higashi-Ueno, the company is also developing a hotel in Bakurocho, so it is running projects at more than one site at once.
The Higashi-Ueno project will add new accommodation to the Ueno area, which makes it news worth watching locally. It also stands out because the same developer is building hotels in two areas, Higashi-Ueno and Bakurocho, at around the same time.
However, details such as the hotel names, exact addresses, opening dates, number of rooms and room rates could not be confirmed at the time of writing. More about the facilities and opening schedule will likely become clear once the developer makes an official announcement. Residents of the Ueno area and visitors alike will be watching for further news.
