Orient 4C's Co., Ltd. has moved its headquarters from Okachimachi to Itabashi-ku.
Since its founding in 1977, the company has been based in Okachimachi, Tokyo's jewelry district. On Thursday, September 24, 2026, it moved its headquarters from Okachimachi, Taito-ku, Tokyo, to Mukaihara, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo. Purpose of the Move
The company sees the relocation as more than a simple change of location. It views the move as a chance to carry the skills and experience it has built up into the next era. The aim is to review its internal functions and teamwork to suit today's business environment, and to rebuild its production setup so that departments can work together more smoothly.
Representative Director Mikiya Saegusa commented: "We do not see this relocation project as merely a 'change of location.' We see it as a new challenge: reviewing our business processes and how our teams work together, so that we can deliver greater value and service to our customers."
Okachimachi Wholesale Store Remains Open
Although the headquarters has moved to Itabashi-ku, the wholesale store remains open in the Okachimachi area. The store continues to offer the same services as before, including sales of empty settings, parts and finished products, orders for processing work, and meetings with business partners.
Since late June 2026, the wholesale store has been operating at the following location:

- Hours: Weekdays 10:00–11:45, 13:00–17:00
- Main services: Sales of empty settings, parts and finished products; processing orders; meetings with business partners, etc.
