[Ueno] Ueno Zoo Announces "Autumn Night Zoo" with Opening Hours Extended to 20:00

Overview

Ueno Zoo will hold "Autumn Night Zoo," a special program that extends its regular opening hours until 20:00. From dusk into the night, the zoo takes on a different look than it has during the day. This seasonal event gives visitors a chance to watch the animals at a relaxed pace, with less concern about closing time than usual.

Ueno Zoo is located in Ueno Park and is a popular spot that draws many visitors year-round. It can get crowded at certain times of day. With the extended hours, visitors can come in the calmer late afternoon and evening, which is good news for anyone who wants to take their time watching the animals.

Autumn is also the season when the daytime heat eases and evenings become comfortable. A slow walk through the zoo at night in the cool air could be a relaxing break from busy daily life. The event suits a wide range of visitors, from families to couples, groups of friends and people stopping by after work.

With the zoo open until 20:00, it's also easier to visit on weekdays after work or school. For people who have only ever been able to visit during the day, the event offers a new option. Watching the animals as night falls may also catch attention as a photogenic experience.

Details such as the event period, admission fees and access have not yet been announced. Further updates, including an official announcement from Ueno Zoo, are expected. Anyone who wants to enjoy an autumn evening in the Ueno area should watch for more information.
