Overview
The "FY2026 (Reiwa 8) Prize Winners' Commemorative Concert" will be held at the Former Tokyo Music School Sogakudo. It is a commemorative concert featuring prize winners of the Sogakudo Japanese Song Competition.
The Sogakudo Japanese Song Competition aims to promote Japanese art songs and foster their creative development. It has two divisions: Vocal and Composition. In FY2026 (Reiwa 8), the 37th Vocal Division and the 32nd Composition Division were held, with prize winners in each division selected in the finals and honored at an awards ceremony. This concert showcases those prize winners.
The venue, the Former Tokyo Music School Sogakudo, is a historic Meiji-era concert hall in Ueno Park with 310 seats. Please note that, as a Meiji-era building, it is not barrier-free.
