Construction has begun on a new rental residence project in Matsugaya 4-chome, Taito-ku, developed by Mitsui & Co. Realty Management Ltd. Completion is scheduled for February 2028.
The building is being developed under the company's urban rental residence brand "ADDREA" and will offer a total of 49 rental units. The project aims to meet the housing needs of singles and DINKS (dual-income, no-kids couples) working in central Tokyo.

The Matsugaya area, where the site is located, is a neighborhood with a deep-rooted craft culture, best represented by Kappabashi Dougu Street, and is close to both Asakusa and Ueno. The entrance design draws inspiration from the area's artisan culture, with careful attention to materials and details.
